What We Do
Maintenance Cleaning
Maintenance cleans are an ongoing occurence to prevent buildup after an initial deep clean. It involves cleaning as needed at an hourly rate. One complimentary kitchen sponge is included in each maintenance clean. Did you know sponges house up 362 different species of bacteria, and 45 billion bacteria per square centimeter? If left to linger, your kitchen sponge is more dirty than a toilet bowl! This is why we recommend changing your sponge at least once a week, and also why we provide a free sponge change with every maintenance and ittb clean.

Deep Clean/Initial Top To Bottom Clean
These cleans are focused on removing build up in all those spots most people miss when thwy are cleaning their own homes. After a thorough ITTB, repeat maintenance cleans will be a breeze. We want to help you breath easy!
Sales Prep
Sales Prep cleans are geared towards prepping a house for showing pictures. High Impact cleaning only, unless otherwise specified. Getting shiny finishes at a high gloss, conditioning high end stainless steel, polishing wood. We are wanting to make your home sparkle for potential new home owners!
Commercial Cleaning
Commercial Cleans tend to branch into a variety of subcategories and needs. An office has different needs than a grocery store. We would try to custom fit a quote to your needs!

Move In/Move Out Clean
I was once told that a space will never be as clean again as the day you first move in. Move in/move out cleans are oriented towards getting rid of the buildup that accrues during the time a space has been occupied. All the crumbs at the bottom of your spice drawer, and the dust that accumulated under your bed.

Different kinds of cleans and additional services have a variety of prices based on an hourly rate. Please email us what type of cleaning service you are interested, and let us know what additional services you may like to add on (see price list) as well as some pictures of the rooms you would like cleaned (please include close up pictures of any build up, and of hardware, such as drains and faucets, as well as any grout and glass shower doors.).

Biokleen All Purpose Concentrate
One of our core products, we utilize biokleen all purposw cleaner concentrate for general cleaning. Sold as an eco friendly concentrate, biokleen is a Safer Choice Certified green option. It is free of: phosphates, chlorine, ammonia, brighteners or artificial colors and fragrances. Containing biodegradable ingredients, never tested on animals, and manufactured in the USA.
